Agent- Bios

• Ryan- I grew up in Grand Forks, ND and actually received my real estate license there in 2004 when I was 19. I moved out to Colorado in 2006 and absolutely love it here! I have been selling real estate for over 18 years now. I have helped hundreds of people sell their home and/or look for a new home. When I’m not selling real estate I love to be outdoors. Being at the lake, camping, and golfing are some of my favorites.

• Chris- I am Chris Bergrud. I was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND and have lived in Colorado for the last 16 years. I got my Colorado Broker Associate License in April 2015. I have also been in the real estate appraising business for the last 8 years. Because of my appraisal experience I have a good understanding of value and market trends and I enjoy passing this knowledge onto my clients when helping them buy or sell a home. When I’m not busy with real estate, I enjoy playing hockey and golf, I also love all the great outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
