Ryan Litzinger is a fantastic low-key Realtor that is extremely competent and very responsive with excellent integrity…and this is coming from a person who loathes Realtors. I have bought and sold a half dozen houses (almost all by owner); and under most circumstances, I think realtors are crooks for taking some outrageous commissions, for little to no quantifiable work on their part. Our most recent circumstances prevented us from being available to show/sell our house after we had done all of the prep work and staging. Ryan Litzinger came to us with a very reasonable commission offer, that showed us that he actually understood that we are in very competitive “Seller’s Market” (meaning that he could quite possibly do less than a weeks worth of work to sell our house). We decided to take a chance and see if he could produce results, and I’m glad we did! His knowledge and understanding of the market, and his adept use of technology allowed us to price our house correctly, make necessary adjustments as needed, and sell our house at the right price, without just giving it away in a few days. Ryan was extremely proactive and responsive, and provided very detailed updates. He justified his recommendations for modifications, and for holding fast, and “giving it time”. He proved to understand the social dynamics of different buyers, and provided invaluable recommendations through to the end. He encouraged us not to take the first offer on the table, but advised that we wait for the “right offer” instead. I am confident that Ryan is one of the few Realtors that actually deserves the commission he earns, and I would highly recommend him to any seller in the Denver Metro area.
Please accept the highest review for Ryan Litzinger as a residential broker in the Denver Metro Area. I am a commercial broker and had moved away from Colorado a couple of years ago. I decided to sell my condo and chose Ryan Litzinger as my local representation. He far exceeded expectations. I have worked with residential brokers many times in the past but Ryan blew them all away. He was organized, had great suggestions for the marketing, and was first rate in navigating through the negotiation. Since I was out of state, Ryan secured contractors for work that needed to be done and allowed me to reimburse him after he settled with the contractors. Ryan even went to Home Depot for me twice to pick up fixtures! I couldn’t be more pleased with the price Ryan was able to secure, his level of service, and beyond that; he is a nice smart guy that I enjoyed working with! I certainly owe Ryan a beer when I do finally get to meet him in person.

In a crazy market where houses listed and sold in a few days, he was quick to respond, and we were able to see houses in the same day. We found a house and had an offer accepted within 2 weeks of starting working with Ryan. He provided great advice on the location and what the market indicated we should offer for the house. We didn’t have much experience with real estate and it was definitely a sellers market, but we still had an excellent home buying experience. Ryan is a fantastic agent! He provided just the right amount of support and was always very prompt getting us comps. He went out of his way to make sure we saw properties just as they were coming on the market and that we made competitive bids that weren’t worth more than the home. E-signing documents was very convenient When it came to closing negotiations he ended up getting us a washer, dryer, refrigerator, new roof, and several other repairs. I am so grateful that a co-worker recommended Ryan Litzinger for the purchase of my first home. He was so patient and knowledgeable that it made the long and confusing process much easier for us. We were looking exclusively in the Cherry Creek School District and on a tight budget – Ryan was respectful of our “must have” list and never pressured us to look at properties that didn’t meet our criteria.Even after dozens of showings, he never made us feel like we had to like a house just because it was available.
